What's your return policy?
Customers can return an item within 30 days of the purchase date. If you need to initiate a return and refund, just click here.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We always strive to make sure every customer loves their purchase but if you aren't happy for whatever reason, just initiate a refund here and we'll issue you a refund once we receive the item.
Do you give refunds for worn items?
We will accept your return if it's unworn with the tags still on it!

How long until I get my money back?
It usually takes between 1 - 2 weeks (or 5-10 business days) for us to receive a package and for your bank to issue a refund. As soon as you ship the item back to us and we receive it, we'll issue your refund.
How can I tell my friends about FlipCrop?
We'd love it if you shared your love for the FlipCrop! We're just starting out and setting up our social accounts so in the meantime, use #FlipCrop or #AvaC. We'll re-post whenever and wherever we can!
